At PartsAdwise.com, we strive to provide high-quality automotive parts and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are subject to agreement between buyer and seller. 

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or installed electrical/mechanical parts (unless defective).

  • Special orders, custom-made, or clearance items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

2. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact the seller to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, seller will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the product and include the RA number. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to seller's error (e.g., wrong or defective part).

  4. Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method at the time of transaction between buyer and seller .

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective part, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: Unless the return is due to seller's error.

  • Recommended: Use a trackable shipping method (we are not responsible for lost returns).
