1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are subject to agreement between buyer and seller.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or installed electrical/mechanical parts (unless defective).

Special orders, custom-made, or clearance items.
-
Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
2. Return Process

Request a Return: Contact the seller to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: Once approved, seller will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Ship the Item: Securely pack the product and include the RA number. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to seller's error (e.g., wrong or defective part).

Refund/Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method at the time of transaction between buyer and seller .

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective part, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
